How do I get the test kit?
Once you register, the kit ships to your home. You also get immediate access to the client portal, with guidance on what to expect in the mail and how to prepare for collection. Start the portal right away. Do not wait for the kit.
Do I need a blood draw or clinic visit?
No. This is an at-home dried-urine test. You collect the samples yourself following the step-by-step video in your portal. No needles, no appointments, no waiting room.
Is the collection process difficult?
Not at all. The portal videos, guides and worksheets walk you through every step, from planning ahead through shipping the samples to the lab.
Does it matter when I collect the samples?
Yes, and the portal covers all of this as well. Men, post-menopausal women, and women who've had a complete hysterectomy + oophorectomy can collect on any normal day. Those who are still cycling should collect 5-7 days after ovulation to catch the highest progesterone levels. Women on birth control, with IUD's, or who have irregular cycles can refer to the resources and videos included in the portal for help determining the ideal collection day. I recommend engaging the portal right away so you can plan ahead to when your kit arrives.
What does this test measure, exactly?
How your body produces, converts and clears sex hormones, covering pregnenolone, DHEA, testosterone / androgens, progesterone and estrogens. Are there hidden lab fees?

Is this covered by insurance?
